This tool is designed for removing stuck gas valves, it is suitable for Dupont L1 small, L1 large, and L2 series lighters.
Vintage lighter fans who often disassemble antique lighters should know that these three models have a long history and gas valve leakage is a common problem for them. Sometimes due to corrosion or glue sticking, ordinary tools cannot remove the gas valve.
This tool is specially designed for this situation, it can remove gas valves easily for the above three types of lighters. However, the inner wire of the gas valve will be damaged during disassembly, in the worst condition the gas valve will be damaged completely, so it can only be used as the last option.
