A: We are located in China, all our packages are shipped from China also.

A: Normally, the shipping for lighter takes around 15-30 days, depends on your location; and the shipping time for parts, tools, and other gadgets is much faster, it usually takes around 10-15 days.
However, if your order encountered the peak season, the shipping time might be longer.

Q3: What if my item gets lost?
A: If the package is lost on the way, we can either resend you a new package or refund your payment.


Q4: What if I do not like the item?
A: It's OK, you can return it to us, we will refund your payment after we receive the item. But please note, the shipping cost for sending back the item is on your end.
